A nicotine-pouch ritual, rebuilt as a clean-energy one. In five ads.
FlowPouch sells focus from real mushrooms, absorbed under the lip in five minutes. The hard part isn't the product. It's getting a scroller to believe a pouch can replace the can they already trust.

FlowPouch built a product 103,000+ people genuinely love. We built it five different ways to be believed.
FlowPouch makes oral pouches packed with functional mushrooms and nootropics: Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Theacrine. They tuck under your lip and absorb through the gum in minutes. No nicotine. No caffeine. No jitters, no crash, no dependence.
The brand was started in early 2024 by two health enthusiasts who wanted to be sharper without reaching for a vape, a Zyn, or a fourth coffee. They sourced clean, organic ingredients, landed on a formula that actually hit, and built a following on the back of it. "Loved by 103,000+ people." "Felt in 5." American-made.
It's a great product in a brutal ad category. The customer already has a habit they trust: a nicotine can, a morning latte, an energy drink. FlowPouch isn't asking them to try something new. It's asking them to swap a ritual. That's a harder yes, and one hero ad can't carry all the objections at once.
So we didn't make one ad five times. We made five ads, each doing a different job. One teaches the mechanism: why a pouch, why mushrooms, why it beats the can. One is a founder story shot like UGC, because the most believable voice is the one that built the thing. Three are realistic UGC, real-feeling people living with it in their own words.
Ad 01: the explainer. Stop-motion, because nobody scrolls past things that move by hand.
The category runs on talking heads and stock B-roll. We went the other way. A hand-animated stop-motion piece argues, frame by tactile frame, why FlowPouch is the better pouch: pouch, mushrooms, gum, five minutes, focus, no crash.
It does the one thing a testimonial can't. It makes the mechanism impossible to misunderstand, and the motion makes it impossible to scroll past.
Ad 02: the founder, as the creator. The origin story shot like UGC, because the realest voice is the one that built it.
In a category thick with white-label me-toos, "we made this because we needed it" is a moat. So we shot the founder story the way the feed actually rewards. Not a polished brand film, but a raw, phone-first UGC cut. The origin story is the testimonial.
The early-2024 reason it exists, the no-nicotine, no-caffeine bet, the formula they wouldn't ship until it worked on themselves: all of it delivered by the one person a skeptic can't accuse of reading a script.
Ads 03–05: the UGC. Three real-feeling lives, three real reasons. The proof that scales.
Three creators, three different doors in: the person quitting the nicotine can, the person who just wanted focus without the 2pm crash, the person who folded it into a morning routine. Same product, three believable lives.
This is the engine, not a one-off. Once an angle proves out, you don't reshoot. You swap the door and keep the build.

Most brands in this space run one founder selfie and a discount code. We handed FlowPouch a five-angle creative system: a stop-motion explainer, a founder cut that lands like UGC, and three real-life UGC angles, built, loaded, and ready to put spend behind.
